Collective Worship at St Anne's
“Come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.”
Psalm 95:6
At St Anne's, Collective Worship is an integral part of school life, which helps to shape the way we learn, behave and care for one another. Worship happens daily, but it also flows through every aspect of school life, guiding how we speak, play and make choices. Worship includes singing, prayer, reflection and wondering as we think deeply about God’s love. Each act of worship begins with lighting three candles: one for God the Father, who helps us love worship; one for God the Son, who helps us love ourselves; and one for God the Holy Spirit, who helps us love each other.
Our six school values are central to Collective Worship, with each having a half-termly focus.
