 We all learn more successfully if we feel good.

 

Be kind to yourself and others

 

We are so looking forward to seeing all of the children in school again. We have all missed them and want them to feel happy about returning to their classrooms. However we are aware that many of our children haven't been in school for a long time and that they, and you as parents, may have some worries about how to best prepare the children for the return to school.Here is a little information that may be useful if your child is worried about returning to school. It gives you some ideas about how to discuss returning to school and how you can help to ease some of the things they may be worrying about.

If you are worrying about something, try using the Worry Waterfall to work through it on your own or with an adult for support and the chance to talk it through.
