Welcome from the Headteacher

Welcome to St Anne's Church of England Primary School!

I’m Clare Middleton and I’ve been Head Teacher at St Anne’s for 14 years, having previously been a Head Teacher in Mansfield. I am proud to be head of such a caring and happy school and I look forward to welcoming you and your child.

St Anne’s has a long history as a successful school, and my role is to ensure this continues.

At St Anne’s, we work hard to enable all children to achieve their full potential. We aim to inspire them to be the very best they can be, and take their place in life capable of contributing positively to an ever-changing society.

We encourage children to work hard at school, and we expect high standards from them; in their work, their games and their behaviour.

Children at St Anne’s work together and support each other within a caring Christian community.  Honesty, trust and being considerate to others, are the key values at our school.

It is hugely important to us that parents, children, teachers and governors work together, to ensure that each child enjoys their time at St Anne’s.

Our school is a busy and friendly environment, with lots happening every day. We hope our website gives you a taste of the school, but the best way to experience St Anne’s is to pop in for a visit. I am always happy to show parents around or to speak to you if you have any queries.

I look forward to meeting you,

Clare Middleton
