Online Home Learning

At St Anne's we believe that purposeful, relevant home learning can play a valuable part in a child’s education. We do though recognise that pupils work hard in school and should be encouraged to develop other skills and interests out of school time; they also need the opportunity to play, socialise and relax.  Home learning is designed though to support and reinforce learning.  As staff, we give careful consideration to making home learning suitable and well balanced across the school.

If your child is unable to attend school, class teachers will provide work remotely to support your child with Home Learning and to set homework.

In Reception and Class 1, teachers will contact you through Tapestry.

In Classes 2 - 6, work will be sent via Google Classroom.

You can access Google Classroom in a number of different ways:

1)    by searching for it or going to https://classroom.google.com/

2)    by downloading the Google Classroom to a mobile device through the AppStore or equivalent. Links for

        these can be found on the Google Classroom tab.
