I am Katy Bradford and am the mother or Izzy in Year 1 and Milly who is currently at a local pre-school. I am married to Paul and we live locally to St Anne’s and enjoy being part of the school and church community.
I work for a multi academy trust as the Chief Operating Officer which involves the management of all non-educational element of the Trust’s business e.g. HR, finance, ICT, estates management, governance etc. I have worked in the education sector for just under 20 years and have previously specialised in Human Resources. I am CIPD qualified and also have a post-graduate certificate in Leadership and Management in Education.

I have two children both of whom attended St. Anne's C of E School. As a foundation governor, I attend St. Anne's Church where I am also a 'Light Club' leader for the yr4-yr6 aged children. I have actively helped to raise funds for Fosas through the Summer and Christmas Fairs and I also volunteered to listen to readers throughout KS1 and KS2.
I am currently employed as an Exam Invigilator but my employment history is within the food industry as a Technical Services Manager and Quality Systems/Technical Auditor.
I feel that my role is to actively further the school's development and curriculum by being a critical friend. Also, to support the head teacher and staff as they seek to make St. Annes an outstanding C of E school.

I am Luiz Lima, father to Nathan (3) and Sebastian (5 months) and married to Jessica. I am the assistant curate at St Anne's Church and football chaplain for Worksop Town Football Club. I help leading the school's weekly act of worship and services and try to be as present in school as possible. A highlight of my first year as a governor has been a 'Time Travelling' day as we visited Southwell Minster. As a foundation governor having a background in youth work, I am very interested in the development of the Christian school ethos and all community aspects. I am also part of the admissions and behaviour committees.

Joined the governing body as a parent governor in 1999, becoming chair in 2006-2012. All 4 of my children attended St Anne’s School. Educated at Nottingham University and Nottingham Business School. Currently a management consultant in the Fitness and Leisure Sector. In my spare time am Head Rowing Coach at The University of Leicester, and a Watch Leader with the Jubilee Sail Trust who provide tall ship sailing opportunities for those with disabilities and/or misfortune. I believe that the joy of learning should last a lifetime- so let’s prepare our children well- Sowing the seeds for a healthy future.

I joined the Governing Body when I was appointed to the post of head teacher in 2009. My role is to provide the Governing Body with information which they can use to help them carry out their role as strategic leaders. this information includes the school improvement, pupil performance, staffing, site matters and budget for example. I work closely with the Chair of the Full Governing Body in particular in support of their preparation for meetings. Additionally, I liaise with the specific link governors during their monitoring visits to school.
